Fiji story

My holiday in fiji

In the July holidays I went to Fiji .    

When I was up in the plane we came over the top of fiji. All I could see was palm trees. The palm trees had a tall trunk and there leths

were like a silver fern.

The airport was getting done up and as soon as you got out of the plane whooshhh you got hit with the hot air and there were fiji people singing in the airport. We had gotten to our first destination.

The next day we went for a ride around the city of fiji. There were bricks on houses to keep the roofs down. There were people working with sacks on their shoulders. Then we went to a school. We had a look at the class rooms. All the classrooms we went to sang a song to us.

Then we went to a market and got some pineapple. That pineapple was so good.

Next destination was a shop. At that shop I tried some cava. That was different !  I got a club that a fiji warrior has.

On the island

The next day we went on a ferry to an island called plantation island which is where we stayed for a week and a half.

On the island there was an awesome water park in the sea. You could go on a banana boat ride. I went on it and I fell off it.

There were 3 pools 1 pool had a island in the middle. The other one was a kids pool. The last one was a deep pool.

The wedding

On the 24.7.16 my mum got married in fiji. Haha get it mum got married 24.7 that's the date.

And no one knew they were getting married not even my nana and poppa knew .

The ceremony was on the beach front.

After that we went to have a drink and after that we went for a swim.

Then for dinner we had a special dinner at a table.

And after dinner we got back to an apartment and there was touls all wrapped up. They looked cool

And for dessert we had the wedding cake. Man that cake was delicious.

And we went snorkeling in the sea basically every day .

Then the next day we went fishing and snorkeling it was like 5 meters deep and you could see the bottom from on the boat.

Then we went fishing for a long time. And we only got one fish. That one fish was a spanish mackerel.

The next day i made some friends there names were Hugo and Remi, Hugo was 10 and Remi was 8. I played tennis, man playing tennis was so hot . And after that we went and played mini golf. It was so fun but one day I had to say bye to them. Oh yeah they live in Auckland.

The last day

We had to leave one day didn't we and that day was today . But luckily that was saying buy to the island and sadly remi and hugo . We still had one day in denarau.

We went on a fairly then we got a ride to where we were staying. The name of the place we stayed at was radisson blu .

It was very fancy it had a bar that was in water It had a slide too .

Oh year on the last day we went to a water park called the big bulla.

There was 3 normal plastic water slides. An all the rest of them were blow up bouncy castles but had water running down them.

Monday.

run up bush track and back down .

bring bike and do the mountain bike track 3 times no stopping .

the animals that i have at my house

I have all of this animals at my house

chicken. Eat chicken food and water and leftover scraps. They lay eggs and live in a chicken coop. This is how you clean them you put fresh hay on their nesting shelf.

Birds. Birds live in a bird aviary. They have to have a bird box .They eat seeds and water.you dont clean them you just make sure the have there food and water.

Sheep. They eat grass and versa feed.They need water and some shelter.They need shearing and need to be drench.

Cow. They are just like sheep.they need grass and water and they get milked as well.

Duck. ducks need shelter. They need a pond and water to swim in and drink.They eat chiken food in their shelter they need some hay to keep warm.

Fish.They need a fish bowl with water in .They need cleaning every couple weeks. And the need to be feed fish flakes.

Dog. A dog needs a ceneil and a blanket to sleep on . They need to be feed dog meat or dog biscuits and a water bowl.

CAT .A cat needs a warm place in your house they will need a spot where you feed it cat biscuits .And its water.

Peacock .Needs a home and they just eat grass and chicken food.They make a big mess by pooping everywhere. My peacock eats salted peanuts. It is weird.

Horse . They need grass .They eat bread,carrots and hay. They need some water to.And a shelter or stable.

Frog. A frog needs a moist place and a place to hide under. if you have frogs in a fish bowl. They eat worms,bugs,ect.   

Pig. A pig eats leftovers but not meat. They like to roll in mud and get dirty. They like some hay to sleep in.

Guinea Pig . A guinea pig needs a hutch to live in they need some hay to sleep in.They eat carrots,cabage,grass and need some water.They need cleaning when the hay gets wet and yuck.

This week i have been learning division splitting place value division and multiplication divison.

I found some of it hard and some easy.
