cross country

this is what i am doing for my cross country training.
I am training because the cross country is coming up

Tuesday 8 August

Warm up and down every day.

Monday.
run up bush track and back down .
Tuesday.
bring bike and do the mountain bike track 3 times no stopping .
Wednesday.
practice different running techniques
Thursday .
Shutils across court
Friday.

Run around school 2

    It's great to see a variety of activities. have you actually done the biking bit? I think my walking twice a day is improving my fitness!!
